Important: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds
All refund requests are handled by Apple App Store according to their refund policy.

Acceptable Use
You may not:
Reverse Engineering
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Commercial Use of Images
Share or use downloaded images for commercial purposes without authorization
Subscription Abuse
Abuse the subscription system or attempt to circumvent payment
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

Intellectual Property
All content in Breeze Cast, including but not limited to:
- •App design and user interface
- •Generated weather images
- •Code and algorithms
is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Downloaded images are for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furkan Kaya and Breeze Cast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
