I work at the point where infrastructure stops being drawings and starts being something the public can rely on. For the past three years I have been Commissioning Manager at Crosslinx Transit Solutions on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT — a $9B+, 25-station light rail program delivered to Metrolinx under a 30-year P3 — leading a five-person team through commissioning delivery, Revenue Service Demonstration, compliance evidence and CBTC signalling assurance. Before Canada I delivered LV/MV electrical scopes across seven concurrent government infrastructure projects in Türkiye, leading teams of up to thirty personnel and twelve subcontractors. What tends to distinguish my work is that I build the systems that make readiness legible — asset registers, live reporting and automated verification — rather than only consuming them.

Commissioning Assistant, Jul 2023 – May 2024 (promoted after ten months)
Lead commissioning delivery and readiness reporting across a $9B+, 25-station light rail P3, managing five direct reports and acting as the interface between field operations, engineering, the client and executive leadership. Scope has since extended into signalling oversight on the programme, covering control table testing, principle tester rules and CBTC train control across mainline and yard. Line 5 entered phased revenue service in February 2026; commissioning scope is now closed out and the assets have transitioned into maintenance.
- Own the asset and test-stage register across 25+ station facilities, with results and retained evidence held for audit and handover
- Built the live Power BI reporting and Power Apps self-service data capture the program runs on
- Led the compliance-evidence response for the program’s oldest facility; occupancy achieved within eight months
- Built automated verification for Revenue Service Demonstration, cutting ~18 person-hours of daily analysis to a 40-minute overnight run
- Trained under the Signalling Director in control table testing, principle tester rules and CBTC train control; developing verification automation across mainline and yard
